Winningtemp is one of Sweden’s most successful start ups, having helped transform the way that businesses gather feedback from their employees.  Bridging the gap between data, science and human interaction they approached Lava to help give their identity a fresh new look and upgrade their website to help expand into multiple European markets.

Proposition Development.

Winningtemp’s platform allows businesses to track the sentiment of employees throughout the year, replacing the traditional annual survey with more actionable, realtime insights.

As well as arming managers with timely insights to keep employees inspired and engaged, the platform makes good business sense, increasing the average tenure of employees.

It was essential that we built an identity that fused people, data and technology while highlighting the genuine value the platform gives to the businesses it targets.

Building a Brand Identity.

Scandinavian design is characterised by a minimal, clean approach that combines functionality and beauty, and we were keen to make sure that was at the core of our new brand identity. Unlike other tech businesses however, Winningtemp is all about people, so by integrating a warm colour pallet, with a minimalist font and overall aesthetic, we were able to strike the perfect balance of forward thinking tech company with an approachable and human personality.

Cross Channel Roll-Out.

Winningtemp are a hugely ambitious business and one of the primary drivers for the re-brand was to achieve more stand out across all their marketing activities. To improve consistency of communication, we provided a visual and messaging framework across all potential customer touch-points.

Website Strategy.

When it came to website strategy, conversion and flexibility were the top priorities for Winningtemp. We started by breaking down their audience into their specific buyer groups, before aligning their core value proposition against each. We then designed a framework for landing pages that leveraged well known conversion tactics to optimise the site’s performance.

A Flexible Web Build for an Evolving Business.

The site was built in Webflow, allowing for no-code updates and ease of integration of more dynamic assets such as videos, lottie files and micro-interactions.
